What to say when you feel a pain in your body

Instruction
ضَعْ يَدَكَ عَلَى الَّذِي تَألَّمَ مِنْ جَسَدِكَ وَقُلْ:

Place your hand at the site of the pain and say:

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ
ثَلاَثاً
وَقُلْ سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ:
أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ
Transliteration

Bismi llāh

three times
then supplicate seven times

Aʿūdhu bi-llāhi wa qudratihi min sharri mā ajidu wa uḥādhir

Translation

In the name of Allah

three times
then supplicate seven times

I take refuge in Allah and within His omnipotence from the evil that I feel and am wary of.
