السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ أَهْلَ الدِّيَارِ، مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُسْلِمِينَ، وَإِنَّا إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ بِكُمْ لاَحِقُونَ، [وَيَرْحَمُ اللَّهُ الْمُسْتَقدِمِينَ مِنَّا وَالْمُسْتأْخِرِينَ] أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ لَنَا وَلَكُمُ الْعَافِيَةَ
Transliteration

As-salāmu ʿalaykum ahla ad-diyāri, mina l-muʾminīna wa-l-muslimīna, wa innā in shāʾa llāhu bikum lāḥiqūna, wa yarḥamu llāhu l-mustaqdimīna minnā wa-l-mustʾkhirīna asʾalu llāha lanā wa lakumu l-ʿāfiyah

Translation

Peace be upon you all, O inhabitants of the graves, amongst the believers and the Muslims. Verily we will, Allah willing, be united with you. [And may Allah have mercy on those of us who have gone before and those who come later.] I ask Allah for well-being for us and you.
