Narration
إِنَّ أَفْضَلَ الدُّعَاءِ
Jabir Ibn ‘ʿAbdullah related that the Messenger of Allah said: ‘Verily, the best supplication is:
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ
Narration
وَأَفْضَلَ الذِّكْرِ
and indeed, the best form of remembrance is:
لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ
Transliteration
Al-ḥamdu li-llāh
and indeed, the best form of remembrance is:
Lā ilāha illā llāh
Translation
All praise is for Allah.
and indeed, the best form of remembrance is:
None has the right to be worshipped except Allah.
